April AIA Event: Cigar Social at La Casa Del Puro

Good Afternoon Brothers,

 
On April 20th, I have scheduled another Cigar Social at La Casa del Puro Cigar Lounge. The first one was a great success and I have been having Brothers (both who attended and did not attend) ask me to set another one up. Well, here it is. Again, it will be at the renowned La Casa del Puro Cigar Lounge located at 216 W. Franklin Ave. (across from the Main Library). The event will begin at 7pm. Your are welcome to bring your favorite refreshments. Poker tables will also be available for use.
 
Come out and enjoy the fellowship. This event is open to all Masons! Feel free to bring friends and family (must be 18 yrs. or older) to the event. Visiting Brothers are also welcome to join in. If you know of prospective candidates seeking to join a Blue Lodge or any of the appendent bodies, this is the perfect time for them to see what our Craft is about.

El Paso Scottish Rite Chuckwagon & Brisket Throwdown

We're changing things up a little bit at this year's Chuckwagon. Instead of having 1 type of brisket, we're going to have 5. Instead of 1 BBQ sauce, we're going to have 10. And, we're turning this into a competition. 5 teams, 5 different briskets, 10 sauces. Who will win? You win...cause there is gonna be some mean beef served up this year.

 

Chuckwagon is scheduled for Saturday, 27 April. Dinner is from 5pm - 7pm. There will be a magic show for the kids, face painting and balloons.
